Patricia oversees CodeGreen’s corporate and portfolio-wide energy and sustainability program development. She has over 10 years of experience in the sustainable architecture, construction, energy and environmental management fields. Patricia has particular expertise in developing and obtaining long and short term energy efficiency and sustainability goals with clients – developing data driven strategies and innovative solutions to fit organizational needs and resources. She manages a multidisciplinary team of technical experts and project managers to deliver on a wide array of projects including corporate sustainability advisory services, energy assessments, sustainable building certifications, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise energy and sustainable performance tracking. Patricia is on the Benchmark Committee for Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), is a LEED AP, Certified Energy Manager, and a Certified Passive House Consultant. Patricia Lee earned her BA in Urban Studies & Architecture with a minor in Environmental Science from Columbia University.
