Benjamin Levine currently serves as Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Douglaston Development where he has been responsible for securing over $1 Billion in project underwriting. Benjamin joined the firm in 2008 as a Project Manager where he quickly rose through the ranks of the company and oversaw several projects throughout the boroughs.
Previously, he worked as an analyst at Credit Suisse in both New York City and London for their real estate finance and securitization group. Benjamin graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Studies and a minor in Urban Real Estate and Development.
In addition to his work, Benjamin is a very active in local associations and charities. He participated as a fighter in Haymakers for Hope, a boxing charity that raises funds for cancer research and currently resides on their board. Benjamin is also a member and former Chair of the Jewish National Fund Future in New York. He was a winner of the JCRC Generation to Generation Award and was named a “rising star” by the Queen’s Courier at their 3rd annual event in 2011. Benjamin currently resides in New York City.
